Project concept is to create a series of 4x6 inch double sided cards each with traditional Ojibwe stories that can be used for educational purposes teaching tradition, language and community pride. Cards and images may collectively be turned into a book for youth.
This is the first one of the well known story of Nanabush and the butterflies, and how butterflies became connected with the transformation from this world to the next, as told by Basil H. Johnston a celebrated Ojibwe Scholar.
